• A smart home system integrates control of lighting, air-conditioning, audio system and IP camera, so the homeowners can keep a watchful eye on their children and operate all compatible appliances and devices via a mobile app.
• The system allows adjustment of lighting in terms of color and brightness in the living and dining rooms, as well as on the wall behind the TV – all to create a unique ambience.

Interior design

• A seamless blend of Japanese and Scandinavian styles has created a simple yet harmonious apartment. The home features a geometric flooring pattern matched with varying shades of grey wallpaper, complemented by Japanese-style furniture and accessories in light wood colors.
• Wide display cabinets were installed in the study, enabling the homeowners to showcase an array of model figures.
• An elevated platform plus two sliding doors were installed to maximize the study’s storage area and living space.
