∧ HKT will provide free maintenance service (including replacement of designated faulty equipment, up to three onsite maintenance visits, repair and technical support for 1 year starting from the completion date of installation of designated service ("Warranty Period"). When the Warranty Period expires, customers can obtain an extended maintenance service for an additional fee. Maintenance service is applicable only to designated services and equipment that have been used in a fit and proper manner, have not been damaged as a result of misuse, negligence, abnormal power supply, fire, water, typhoon and/or other natural disasters, and have not been subject to any unauthorized alteration, modification or repair. Inspection and maintenance services may be provided for an additional charge in respect of services or equipment outside the scope of the warranty.
