NETVIGATOR/ LiKE1OO customers newly subscribing to a designated Home Wi-Fi Service can enjoy one of the following welcome offers*
▴ "King of Speed", "King of Coverage" and "King of Gaming" are solutions from Home Networking Wireless Service ("Home Wi-Fi Service"), which is an extra service of NETVIGATOR/LiKE1OO's Broadband Service.
^ Home Networking Wireless Service Maintenance Service does not cover damage or loss caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or unauthorized repair or modification.
+ Existing Home Networking Wireless Service customers are required to adhere to certain conditions and could be charged an additional monthly fee when upgrading to other router models.
~ HKT shall provide a free maintenance service for "King of Multifunctional Advanced Home Wi-Fi Solution" (including the replacement of selected faulty equipment) with up to 3 onsite visits for inspection, maintenance and technical support in the 1st year of the warranty period. Upon the expiry of the warranty period, customers may be able to obtain extended warranty on the services from HKT at extra fees. Only applicable to the services and equipment which have been used in a fit and proper manner, have not been damaged as a result of misuse, negligence, abnormal power supply, fire, water, typhoon and/or other natural disasters, and have not been subject to any unauthorized alteration, modification or repair. For services or equipment outside the scope of the warranty, inspection and maintenance services may be provided at extra charge.
* These Welcome Offers are only applicable to designated NETVIGATOR/ LiKE1OO consumer customers at designated estates who have newly subscribed to designated Home Wi-Fi Service with not less than 30-month commitment period, and must not have any Home Networking Wireless Service provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited ("HKT"), running at their service installation address within three months prior to the date of service application. These Welcome Offers cannot be used in conjunction with the other Welcome Offers.
▽ The service fee waiver only applies to designated months during the commitment period of the designated Home Wi-Fi Service.
△ HKT will send a redemption notification/ redemption code of the gift to the customer's registered mobile number approximately 4-6 weeks after completion of designated service installation. Customers are required to redeem the gift during the period specified in the SMS. The gift is available while stocks last. HKT accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the gift, and shall not be liable in any way for any direct or indirect loss or damage or expense arising from or in connection with the gift. # Customers must activate The Club account in order to receive Clubpoints. The relevant Clubpoints will be credited to the customer’s valid The Club account around 2 to 4 weeks after the completion of the NETVIGATOR/ LiKE1OO broadband service installation. Home Wi-Fi performance depends on factors such as size of apartment, layout of premises, nature of construction materials and extraneous factors, as well as area of coverage specified by the customer.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions without notice. Revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
NETVIGATOR/ LiKE1OO broadband service and HKT Smart Living Home Networking Wireless Service are provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited and available only in designated residential areas, subject to Terms & Conditions.
