Smart living design

• Installation of an Alexa system granted the homeowner voice-command control over a number of household items such as curtains, air-conditioning, lighting and AV systems.
• And motion sensor lights were fitted to the arc-shaped staircase to ensure safe up-and-down passage at night.

Interior design

• The entire apartment is shaped around the core "360° living circle" design theme and features a custom-built cylindrical stacked volume to make full use of the space provided by the unit’s high ceiling. This has created a bedroom on the upper storey, with a living room below.
• A TV was installed in the upper space, while the living room has been equipped with an arc-shaped dining table and bookshelf embedded in a curved pillar wall. This enables the householder to enjoy a choice of dining, reading and entertainment, as well as rest and relaxation.
