^* Terms and conditions apply. This offer ("Offer") is applicable to designated customers ("Customers") in designated residential areas. The Offer is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional offer. We, Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited ("HKT"), reserve the right to vary or cancel this Offer and/or amend or alter these terms and conditions without prior notice, and shall not be liable in any way for any direct or indirect loss or damage or expense arising from, or in connection with, the Offer. In the event of any dispute, HKT's decision shall be final, binding and conclusive.

^# A specified number of routers or access points should be installed in accordance with our consultant’s advice. Wi-Fi coverage depends on factors such as layout of the premises, construction materials, extraneous factors, area of coverage specified by the customer and our consultant’s advice and confirmation. For duplex or multi-floor apartments, connecting wire must be installed on a dwelling’s every level. Wi-Fi 6E wireless network performance depends on the support of the end device.

^□ HKT shall provide a free maintenance service (including the replacement of selected faulty equipment) with up to 3 onsite visits for inspection, maintenance and technical support in the 1st year of the warranty period. Upon the expiry of the warranty period, customers may be able to obtain extended warranty on the services from HKT at extra fees. Only applicable to the services and equipment which have been used in a fit and proper manner, have not been damaged as a result of misuse, negligence, abnormal power supply, fire, water, typhoon and/or other natural disasters, and have not been subject to any unauthorized alteration, modification or repair. For services or equipment outside the scope of the warranty, inspection and maintenance services may be provided at extra charge.

Cable testing service can be provided at extra charge, in which the Customer may test whether the existing cables at the service installation address can meet the requirements of the Home Network Services. Terms and conditions apply. Please contact your Relationship Account Manager for details.
