▴ "2in1 Smart Home & Wi-Fi Coverage Mastery" are solutions from Home Networking Wireless Service ("Home Wi-Fi Service"), which is a value-added service of NETVIGATOR’s broadband service.
^ Home Wi-Fi performance depends on factors such as size of apartment, layout of premises, nature of construction materials and extraneous factors, as well as area of coverage specified by the customer.
# For the compatible home appliances and smart devices, please refer to the SmartThings App.
> Your service plan’s month-to-month charge, applicable after expiry of your commitment period, will be at our prevailing rates. For details, please go to Public Housing/Other housing. These rates are subject to change, and HKT's decision shall be final and binding in the event of dispute.
+ The "Basic Plan" of "2in1 Smart Home & Wi-Fi Coverage Mastery" includes provision of two routers. Customers can subscribe to an "Upgrade Plan" based on the same router model. A maximum of three "Upgrade Plans" can be subscribed to in respect of each service installation address.
v Features of the specified router model are applicable only to the Home Networking Wireless Service plan subscribed by new customers after October 16, 2019. Network specifications apply to the router supplied. Actual speed experienced by a customer will be less than the network specifications, and wired network specifications, and will be affected by factors including your router’s network specifications, network specifications of the service you subscribe to, layout of your apartment, device used, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, plus availability of international bandwidth, as well as Wi-Fi interference and extraneous factors.
△ The Smart Home Experience Pack (including a Samsung SmartThings motion sensor and a Aurora smart light bulb) does not include onsite installation and maintenance. We will send a redemption SMS to the customer’s registered mobile phone number approximately four to six weeks after the Samsung SmartThings Wifi Solution has been installed. Customers are required to obtain the product at a designated address during the period specified in the redemption SMS. Products are available while stocks last. In the event of dispute, we reserve the right of final determination. Please contact the supplier of the product if you have any inquiries.
